When make a backup ?

Accounts & Budget store
automatically data (transactions, budget, ...) but it is important to
make sometimes backups. To make a backup just use the function "Make a
backup" from the start page.

How
to install again the software after a disk format ?
|
- TDownload the shareware version from
the Download page.
- Install the version.
- Start Accounts & Budget.
- Click on "Restore a backup" and indicate the
path of your backup (ex: USB Key).

How to
get data from the freeware version ?
|
- Create a folder on your hard disk ( ex :
C:\MyBackup)
- Start the freeware version and click
on "Make a backup" on
"C:\MyBackup". Close the program.
- Install theunlimited-accounts version on your
computer.
- Start the unlimited-accounts version.
- Click on "Recover data from the
previous version 5.0.x" (if you are using the new unlimited-accounts
version 6.0)
or click on "Restore a backup" (if you are using the unlimited-accounts
version 5.0)
and indicate the path "C:\MyBackup" .

How to
print with Accounts & Budget ?

| Accounts & budget
use an HTML file when you are using the print function and call your
default Internet navigator. If you are a problem with the print
function, i advise you to install again your Internet navigator
(Internet
Explorer, FireFox...) |

transactions ?

Manually
: Use your last bank statement and check each transaction recorded to
the list of transactions.

Automatically : Download
the file of your transactions from the site web of your bank + import
the file into Accounts & Budget by clicking on "File from a
bank"
+ "Check all transactions..."
